Further Information
The excellent patient care we provide during your visit does not end when you walk out of our clinics.
Our staff will follow up with you after your visit to answer any questions as it relates to your treatment, any medications prescribed, billing and any other concerns you may have.
We love to hear from you! Feedback is our lifeblood. We are honored to provide our friendliest, most informative follow-ups with our outstanding customer service!
What to bring
When you need immediate medical attention, the last thing you want to worry about bringing is a bunch of documents with you. To make your visit easier, we only need your picture ID and your insurance card. We’ll get the all other information we need during the check-in process.
If you are not the primary insurance subscriber on your plan, we will need the insurance subscriber’s social security number and date of birth.
In & Out Urgent Care accepts all major health insurance, including Tulane and Splash Care (Tulane Debit). Co-payments made at the time of service can be paid by cash or credit card.
Understanding Insurance Benefits
Most insurance providers require that you make a co-payment at the time of your services. You are also responsible for unpaid amounts that are not satisfied by your insurance coverage.
We recommend that you contact your insurance provider so that you understand what your plan covers. Your insurance provider’s number can usually be found on the back of your insurance card.

“We strive to differentiate ourselves by emphasizing excellent patient care and friendly customer service, all at an affordable price.”

and lost my paper work I just called back and receptionist looked my info up and gave me Dr. Name and # no problem I appreciate all of there hard work!!

"URGENT" care is NOT offered here!!!!
The word "Urgent" should legally be forced to be removed from this place! False advertising...
My wife sliced her finger open which needed stitches. It's a bad deep cut. We go to this place and the receptionist said no matter what the "urgency" is you have to wait your turn in line! Ridiculous! Wait time was 45 - 60 minutes. Yes I am angry!
She worked with my wife on the phone and made sure my wifes and my concern about needing a test immediate day.
She was the best and so was the rest of the staff.
The great thing about this facility was it my VA medical benefits were able to be use by them and the test end up costing zero dollars.
Fast forward....now I've received a bill from them saying I owe an additional $237 for office evaluation and management services. That was not stated once during my visit. The price was $200 for a rapid covid test and not $437.
