I've visited this location several of times and they are always very professional and quick.. last time I went on my lunch break and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.. I was referred to a Dermatologist by Dr. Gagnard (who's been great btw)
and lost my paper work I just called back and receptionist looked my info up and gave me Dr. Name and # no problem I appreciate all of there hard work!!

Clean waiting area and patient rooms. Courteous staff. The Dr. was very thorough, took his time, asked lots of questions, and really listened to me - making me feel like I was his only patient.

Fast, professional. Well spaced in the waiting room. The staff also informed patients of every step, like how much time was next, who was next, etc. The NP that saw us for our daughter’s test was great, professional, courteous. Answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for the purpose of rapid Covid test.

The word "Urgent" should legally be forced to be removed from this place! False advertising...
My wife sliced her finger open which needed stitches. It's a bad deep cut. We go to this place and the receptionist said no matter what the "urgency" is you have to wait your turn in line! Ridiculous! Wait time was 45 - 60 minutes. Yes I am angry!

Besty made room for me to come in for a rapid covid test this pass Saturday
She worked with my wife on the phone and made sure my wifes and my concern about needing a test immediate day.
She was the best and so was the rest of the staff.
The great thing about this facility was it my VA medical benefits were able to be use by them and the test end up costing zero dollars.

Will never again go to this urgent care. I went for a rapid covid test and was charged $200. They took $100 dollars off even though I did not ask. (Was willing to pay the $200 so I could get back to work).
Fast forward....now I've received a bill from them saying I owe an additional $237 for office evaluation and management services. That was not stated once during my visit. The price was $200 for a rapid covid test and not $437.

Made and appointment for a Covid Rapid Test after waiting the recommended time after direct exposure only to show up and realize I was not at the right location. While it was clearly my fault, they took me even though they were booked and got me tested and back to work. They asked me questions about my exposure, which was at work, and offered guidance on how to prevent possible infections in the workplace going forward. In short, they took care of me. I appreciate the service.

Great service overall. All the staff were polite and professional. There was a bit of wait but not to bad. My main concern is that the staff that took my history and did my Covid swab did not have an n95 mask on while doing these procedures. The company should make a better effort at keeping their staff safe. I did not test positive but swabbing someone for Covid is a high risk procedure.

Very professional! I made an appointment for COVID-19 test. Stayed in my car. They gave me the paperwork, took my id and insurance card. Then a technician came to my car, returned my cards and did the nasal swab test. I got my results and print-out in 20 minutes. Negative

They do both antibody and Covid testing at this location. All of the staff had a great attitude. Very efficient had me in the back quickly. I can’t wait until they do primary care I will definitely be switching.
